Offering one of the most innovative culinary experiences imaginable, the Fuentes Culinary Theatre features a full cooking show under one of the resort’s beautiful palapas.
Join our head Chef and Sommelier as they meld the textures, flavors, colors and aromas of the finest ingredients from our very own Greenhouse – and pair them with a premier selection of wines – producing an astonishing five course meal for your appetite’s delight.

Entree fee of $10USD can be credited/ used to purchase wine. This is per person and is nontransferable.
HOURS:
Only one daily sitting starting with a welcome cocktail at 7:00 PM followed by dinner and the show at 7:30 PM

A maximum of 6 people per table is allowed; for groups with more than 6
people, restrictions may apply.

GI DRESS CODE- DINNER
Ladies: Dresses, skirts, long pants, shoes, Capri pants and elegant sandals.
Gentleman: Long pants, collared shirts and casual shoes.
Permitted: Formal bermudas and formal sandals.
Not Permitted: Baseball caps, peaks, tank tops & flip-flops and sport shorts.
